The problem solution of the effectiveness of export-import activities is relevant for all enterprises entering the external market. Assessment as a management function involves the description of an object in the economy by its features, the system`s formation of partial and integral indicators, the establishment of trends in changing the values of indicators based on their dynamics analysis, comparison of achieved levels of values with planned or normative, reference, accompanied by a search and detection of reserves and diagnosis of critical situations. The objectiveness of the evaluation depends on its mathematical model, which should take into consideration not only the magnitudes and levels of the indicators effectiveness of export-import activities, but also their structure, which varies in time. Due to the structure's compliance with the dynamic structural standard, a high level of efficiency of exportimport activity is ensured. It is recommended to measure structural changes on basis of the Spearman and Kendall rank coefficients, as far as the estimate is based on deviations characterizes the volume side of the motion, and the estimate based on the inversions reflects structural dynamics. But this integral estimate should be supplemented by another integral value, which reflects the level of attributes. It is the integral indicator of the efficiency of export-import activity, calculated on the basis of improved algorithm with taxonomic index of development.
