With the onset of COVID-19 people have entered into a new phase which they had never anticipated or rehearsed before. Companies and consumers had to adopt some new habits for this ‘New Normal’ world which they will step into in line with this new aforementioned phase. This study has been carried out in order to point out the differences in consumer behaviors before and after COVID-19 and draw attention to the new consumer channels which have emerged based on this behavioral change that has taken place. Eventually, it seems that e-commerce is one of the key changes in consumer’s “new normal”. In the first part of the study the stages of COVID-19 are explained and in the second part, the impact of curfews on consumer habits has been analyzed. In the third and final part, the reaction of the sales channels to changing consumer perception due to COVID-19 and the emergence of new sales channels have been summarized in brief.
