    Peacebuilding as the chief and most formidable predicament to be addressed in post-contlict Balkans, remains dominated by individuals and political forces that were parties to the Very conflict that struck the region in the 90s. Those who administered the war are those who are now responsible for achieving peace, thus hijacking what should be the future of Balkan youth. Therefore, in shattered social tissues of Balkan societies, prevailing trend among Balkan youth remains to be alienation leading into emigration.
