dc.description.abstract | This can also reflect on their education. Most of the time interactions between the hierarchy and peers can make a positive, conductive, environment. lt can also be an oppressive power against an organisations goal. The goal of this research is to prove that the working conditions in higher education of academics depend on the amount of 'mobbing' they have experienced. The relationship between 'mobbing' and the problems academics have experienced has beeo proved by scientific data from a research carried out by Fırat University, where a survey with volunteers who were randomly academics chosen from a sample group was conducted. | en_US |
