Özet

The affinity of teacher training programs as the main concern in English Language Teaching pursuit is considered as grandiose subject in teaching area. The purpose of this work is to provide the overall objective framework of English Language instructors relevance and their prospective language teaching techniques and approaches both in private and public schools with timeserving of 21 century educational institutions in Republic of Macedonia. ln order to identify and map teacher education and training systems and trends, gathered materials are qualitative. Contınuous learning is considered as the crucial part of FL teachers life which takes form in several ways. ln addition the field of tLT is more sophisticated and innovative in its approach to teaching and learning. lt requires to be involved through in-service training or special continuums which are held by the worldwide recognized institutions. ln Macedonia necessary beneficial results for english language instructors' and teacher training programs are provided by ELTAM (English Language Teacher Association of Macedonia) and NDC (Nansen Dialogue Center) Findings include that in Macedonia is hard to say that teacher training is hardly considered primacy. But with the efforts for curricula reform in line with the new implementations and the foreign aid related with the TEMPUS programme the general quality is on the mend. The general policy framework for teacher training and professional reconstruction is threatened by the lack of state funds causing serious obstacles to consistent policy implementation by private and public schools coupled by huge imparities.
