Özet
Bu araştırma ileİstanbul iliKüçükçekmece ilçesinde bulunandört Anadolu İmam Hatip Lisesinde görev yapan öğretmenlerinmobbinge maruz kalma algısının yaygınlığı, mobbinge maruz kalma algıları,mobbingin çeşitli boyutlarda nasıl yoğunlaştığı ve maruz kaldıkları mobbingin tür ve sıklık algılarıöğretmenlerin kişisel özelliklerine göre nasıl farklılaştığı incelenmiştir. Araştırma grubunu oluşturan153 öğretmenden alınan verilere göre öğretmenler değişen tür ve yoğunluklarda mobbingdavranışlarına maruz kaldıklarını ifade etmişlerdir. Öğretmenler en çok mobbinginsosyal ilişkilerden yalıtma boyutunaen az ise doğrudan sağlığa saldırıda boyutuna maruz kaldıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Genellikle yaşları büyük, tecrübeli ve görev yaptığı okuldaki hizmet süresi az olan ve genç, tecrübesiz öğretmenlerin bu davranışlara daha çok maruz kaldıkları tespit edilmiştir.
This research was carried out in Religious Vocational High Schools in Küçükçekmece town in Istanbul to explore the frequency of the teachers' perception of exposure to mobbing, how their perception of exposure to mobbing increases in various dimensions of mobbing, and how the type and frequency perceptions of mobbing they are exposed to differs according to personal characteristics. According to the data collected from 153 teachers who form the research group, the teachers stated that they were exposed to mobbing attitudes in changing forms and density. The teachers emphasized that they were mainly exposed to mobbing in terms of revealing itself and inhibiting communication, and also indicated that they were the least exposed to mobbing in terms of direct attacks to health. It was mainly established that the senior and more experienced teachers and the young, unexperienceteachears who have a shorter terms of service in their schools were exposed to such attitudes.
