At the end of the study, three different structures were obtained: Sodium hexaniobate particles with rod-like morphology at 120°C, particles with partially needle- like morphology at 130°C-140°C and SOMS particles with totally needle-like morphology at 150°C. Finally, sodium niobate particles with cubic morphology were obtained at 160°C and above. Rod-like and needle-like morphology was retained even after annealing at 400°C. SOMS particles were sintered at 1135°C for 1 hour and transmission electron microscopy study was carried out to investigate their morphological and structural changes explain after annealing. © 2013 IEEE.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccesshydrothermallead-freepiezoelectricssodium niobateSynthesis of needle-like NaNbO3 particles by hydrothermal processConference Object9996
