Suçun bağlı olduğu olgular ve koşullar aynı zamanda ahlak ve hukuk kurallarının ortaya çıkmasında büyük öneme sahiptir. Bireyin suça yönelmesinde birçok etmen bulunmaktadır. Bu durumla ilgili bireyin içinde yaşadığı toplumun eğitim seviyesinden ekonomik durumuna kadar pek çok nedenden söz edilebilir. Bu etkenlerden biri de medya olarak gösterilmektedir. Şiddet ve suç eğilimi başta televizyon dizileri olmak üzere medyanın çokça işlediği konuların başında gelmektedir. Bu durumun ortaya çıkmasında toplumun şiddete olan ilgisi kadar ataerkil toplumsal yapının getirmiş olduğu geleneksel yapı da söylenebilir. Devlet otoritesinin sağlayamadığına inanılan adaletin illegal yapılanmalarca sağlanacağı fikri toplumda şiddeti meşrulaştırdığı gibi devlet otoritesini de sorgulamaktadır. Türkiye’de medya kuruluşları genel olarak şiddet eksenli mafya dizilerine ve ataerkil yapıya vurgu yapan aşiret ya da baskın karakterlerin ön planda olduğu yapımlara yer vermektedir. Bu yapımlara örnek olarak “Kurtlar Vadisi” ve “Çukur” dizilerini örnek olarak verebiliriz. Bu diziler medya kuruluşlarının reyting beklentilerini karşıladığı gibi dizideki güncel politik söylemler aracılığıyla medyanın kamuoyu oluşturmadaki etkisini arttırmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Türkiye’deki televizyon dizileri arasında önemli reyting oranlarına sahip olan şiddet içerikli “Kurtlar Vadisi” ve “Çukur” dizilerinin toplum üzerinde yarattığı etki gazete ve internet haberleri üzerinden değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır.Violance and crime between the unwanted fact of social life. The facts and conditions which depends on the crime; as well as it has great importance in the emergence of moral and legal rules. There are many factors in the individval’s criminal tendency. It can mention that for many reasons related to the situation, from educational level to the society till the economic situation, in which individual lives. One of the factors shows that it’s media. Violance and crime tendency is one of the most commen topics of media, especially television series. The emergenge of this sitiation, can be said that patriarchal social structure as well as the traditional structure of the society’s interest in violance. The idea of justice, which is believed to be not provided by illegal structure legitimizes violance in society and also questions about state authority. Media organizations in turkey, genrally violent of feature represent sequences and productions in which tribal or dominant characters with an emphesis on partriarchal structure are at the preplan. We can give examples as these productions the series of “Valley of The Wolves” and “The Pit”. These series increasethe ratings of expectations about media organizations and raise the influence of media on public opinon through the current poitical discourses in the series.
