Sıklıkla adacık hücre malignitelerinde gözlenmekle birlikte hepatoselüler karsinom gibi malignitelerde de hipoglisemi gözlenebilmektedir. Dirençli hipoglisemi ile başvuran ve muayenesinde splenomegali tespit edilen olgumuzun batın ultrasonografisi ve dinamik magnetik rezonans görüntülemesinde multifokal hepatoselüler karsinom saptanmıştır. Bu yazıda, hipoglisemi ile prezente olan hepatoselüler karsinomlu orta yaş erkek hasta sunulmuştur.Hypoglycemia can develop due to many reasons such as malignancies. Although it is frequently observed in islet cell malignancies, hypoglycemia can also be observed in other malignancies such as hepatocellular carcinoma. In our case, who presented with resistant hypoglycemia and had a splenomegaly on examination, multifocal hepatocellular carcinoma was detected with abdominal ultrasonography and dynamic magnetic resonance imaging.
