Testis tümörlü hastalarda seyrek de olsa tromboz ve buna bağlı budd-chiary sendromu gelişebilmektedir. Seminom nedeni ile daha önce opere edilmiş olan bir hastada abdominal metastatik kitleler ile birlikte abdominal dopplerusg ve bilgisayarlı tomografide hepatikven ve venakava inferiorda yaygın trombüsler saptandı. Karaciğer fonksiyon bozukluğunun tespit edilmesi üzerine diğer tromboz nedenleri dışlandıktan sonra budd-chiary sendromu tanısı ile heparin tedavisi başlandı.Thrombosisis a common complication and one of the leading causes of death related to cancer. Thrombosis and Budd-Chiary syndrome occur rarely in patients with testicular tumors. In a patient who was operated related to seminoma, abdominal metastatic masses and thrombsis in hepaticvein and vena cava inferior were detected on both abdominal doppler ultrasonograhy and computerized tomography.
