There are many reasons causing urethral fistulas. Thase vary from tumor excisions to posthypospadias repair fistulas. Especially, fistulas after hypospadias repair are a big problem, and the incidence increases with the hypospadias types being more proximal. A 60-year-old man presented to our clinic with a proximal urethral fistula. The physical examination showed a 3x5 mm gap on the ventral side of distal urethra pigmentation changes around the entire penis.
