Helived in the 19th and 20th centuries. He began to serve in Haydarpasa Medical School in 1909 asgynaegology professor. He applied European gynaecological system in this school. His paperwith the name of Asepsis and Antisepsis was published in Osmanlı Seririyatı Mecmuası (OttomanClinics Journal) in 1910. This professor mentioned asepsis and antisepsis and some modernsterilization ways in the surgical operations.
