High standard education requires good managers. Modern society has driven educational management to a higher level where classical management models cannot cover all the changing educational needs. Creating a brand-new hybrid management model could enhance the quality of education. Moreover, new types of managers could face today’s educational challenges using the outward mindset tools. … This research paper will analyze and evaluate the degree to which a new outward mindset participatory management model could bring innovative approach in educational institutions. New management activities designed for all the organizational levels and creative correlations will reveal effective guidelines for our current educational system.
