This Agreement is a multilateral international agreement that provides uniform conditions for recognition and enforcement. This study will examine the scope of the Convention and conditions for recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments. It will also give some recommendations in case Turkey shall become a Contracting State. This Convention will be a game changer in the international dispute mechanism, if ratification is adequately widespread, and it seems that the European Union and China will be the first runners for this.trinfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessHague Convention On Recognition And Enforcement Of Foreign JudgmentsRecognition And EnforcementScope Of ApplicationDeclarationsIndirect JurisdictionRefusal Of Recognition And EnforcementAn Evaluation of 2 July 2019 Hague Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial MattersArticle245123140WOS:000799111800008N/A
