For this reason, lots of methods and approaches have been used in language teaching. There is not any specific or accurate method for language teaching. Current methods and approaches can be changed due to the learners' needs, proficiency levels, intelligences, etc. Lots of countries use a common scale for Ianguage learning which is called Common European Framework (CEF). CEF has a Global Scale for language learning. Throughout teaching English Language as a student English teacher many of us encounter some problems.Dünyada değişen ihtiyaçlar, her geçen gün dil öğretiminde de değişiklikleri beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu nedenle dil öğretiminde birçok yöntem ve yaklaşım kullanıImaktadır. Dil öğretiminde kesin veya doğru bir yöntem yoktur. Güncel yöntem ve yaklaşımlar öğrencilerin ihtiyaçlarına, yeterlilik düzeylerine , zekalarına vb. göre değiştirilebilir. Birçok ülke dil öğretiminde Avrupa Dilleri 0rtak Çerçeve Programı adında ortak bir ölçek kullanmaktadır. Avrupa Dilleri 0rtak Çerçeve Programının dil öğrenimi için kullanılan Küresel Ölçek Skalası vardır.
