The law governs several resources such as outer space, marine life and the Antarctic space, However it has been most strongly applied to deep sea-bed where it actually began from. The debate in deep sea-bed has been on not only the protection of the cultural heritage but also projection of the marine life but also the natural resources such as minerals.
