The article reviews the following topics: Key factors for the emergence of youth unemployment, it’s current state in the Republic of Bulgaria, national policies that address the problem, as well as the authorities conducting them. When clarifying the problem, the following documents are used: The Employment Promotion Act and The National Strategy for Poverty Reduction and Promotion of Social Inclusion 2020. The main objective of the article is to clarify the current state of youth unemployment and to present the effective policies to reduce it.Bu makale Bulgaristan Cumhuriyeti’ndeki genç işsizlerin problemlerini ortaya koymaktadır. Söz konusu problemlere çözüm getirilmesinin önemi gittikçe artmakta ve dahası, bütün toplumun temel sorunu haline gelmektedir. Bu çalışmanın içerdiği konular: Genç işsizlerin ortaya çıkmasına temel oluşturan konular, Bulgaristan toplumundaki geçerli durum, otoritelerin yönetiminde olmasına rağmen problemin kaynağına işaret eden ulusal politikalardır. Sorunun çözümünde kullanılan argümanlar şu şekildedir: İstihdamı Teşvik Anlaşması ve Yoksulluğu Azaltma ve Sosyal Katılımın Teşviki Stratejisi, 2020.
