Maltepe Üniversitesi, Lisansüstü Eğitim Enstitüsü, İstanbul.https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12415/9952Bu çalışma ameliyathane hemşirelerinin uyguladığı hemşirelik bakımının iş doyumu üzerine etkisi belirlemek amacıyla Mayıs 2023-Eylül 2023 tarihleri arasında 100 ameliyathane hemşiresi ile gerçekleştirildi. Araştırma verileri Marmara Üniversitesi Pendik EAH ameliyathanesinde çalışan hemşirelere “Bilgilendirilmiş Rıza Formu”, “Hemşire Tanılama Formu”, “Hemşireler için Kaliteli Perioperatif Bakım Skalası ve Hemşire İş Doyum Ölçeği” yüz yüze uygulandı. Çalışmamızda elde edilen bulguların değerlendirilmesinde istatistiksel analizler için IBM SPSS 21.00 ve Lisrel 8.7 programı kullanıldı. Tanımlayıcı istatistiksel analizler ortalama, standart sapma, medyan, minimum, maksimum, frekans, yüzde kullanılarak araştırıldı. Verilerin normal dağılıma uygunluğu Shapiro-Wilk testi ile incelenmiştir. Fark Mann Whitney test ile fark Kruskal Wallis H test ve Mann Whitney U test ile ilişki Pearson Correlation katsayısı ile araştırıldı. Geçerlilik ve Güvenilirlik için Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi, Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi, Cronbach’ s alfa katsayısı, t test kullanıldı. İstatistiksel anlamlılık düzeyi p<0,05 olarak kabul edildi. Hemşirelerin yaş grupları, cinsiyet, medeni durum, eğitim durumu, gelir durumu ile Kaliteli Perioperatif Hemşirelik Bakım Skalasının genel ve alt boyut ortalamalarının karşılaştırılmasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir fark olmadığı belirlendi. (p>0,05) Hemşirelerin meslekte çalışma yılına göre Faktör 2 (bilgi verme) alt boyut değerlendirildiğinde en az 8-15 yıl (3,33) ve en fazla 15 yıl ve üzeri (4,05) olduğu, farklılığın istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu bulundu. Kaliteli Perioperatif Hemşirelik Bakım Skalası genel olarak değerlendirildiğinde, en az yetersiz (2,94) ve en fazla çok yeterli (4,16) olduğu, farklılığın istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu bulundu. Araştırma bulgularına bakıldığında ameliyathane hemşirelerinin verdiği hemşirelik bakımının iş doyumu üzerine pozitif yönde olumlu etkisinin olduğu belirlendi. Ameliyathanede verilen hemşirelik bakımının kalitesinin artması için hizmet içi eğitimlerin arttırılması, sertifikasyon programlarının hızlandırılması ve ameliyathane hemşirelerinin çalışma şartlarının iyileştirilmesi önerilir.This study was conducted with 100 operating room nurses between May 2023 and September 2023 to determine the effect of nursing care applied by operating room nurses on job satisfaction. Research data were applied face to face to nurses working in Marmara University Pendik EAH operating room using the "Informed Consent Form", "Nurse Diagnosis Form", "Quality Perioperative Care Scale for Nurses and Nurse Job Satisfaction Scale". In evaluating the findings obtained in our study, IBM SPSS 21.00 and Lisrel 8.7 programs were used for statistical analysis. Descriptive statistical analyzes were investigated using mean, standard deviation, median, minimum, maximum, frequency and percentage. The suitability of the data for normal distribution was examined with the Shapiro-Wilk test. The difference was investigated with the Mann Whitney test, the difference was investigated with the Kruskal Wallis H test and Mann Whitney U test, and the relationship was investigated with the Pearson Correlation coefficient. Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and t test were used for validity and reliability. Statistical significance level was accepted as p<0.05. It was determined that there was no statistically significant difference when comparing the nurses' age groups, gender, marital status, educational status, income status and the general and sub-dimension averages of the Quality Perioperative Nursing Care Scale. (p>0.05) When Factor 2 (giving information) sub-dimension is evaluated according to the years of nurses working in the profession, the minimum is 8-15 years (3.33) and the maximum is 15 years or more (4.05), the difference is statistically significant. It was found to be. When the Quality Perioperative Nursing Care Scale was evaluated overall, it was found that it was at least inadequate (2.94) and at most very adequate (4.16), and the difference was statistically significant. According to the findings of the study, it was determined that the nursing care provided by the operating theatre nurses had a positive effect on job satisfaction.
