Burada 85 yaşında kadın hastada ürosepsis sonrası gelişen nörolojik bulguların ışığında SİE’ye ait bilgilerin gözden geçirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.Sepsis-associated encephalopathy (SAE) is a central nervous system disorder triggered by sepsis. The pathogenesis of SAE may explain that the entering inflammatory cytokines to cerebral microcirculation after destruction of blood brain barrier during sepsis.
