Bilgisayar bu olanakların başında gelmektedir. İlk ve ortaöğretimde fen öğrencilerinin derslerindeki başarıyı ve buna bağlı oIarak verimliliği arttırabilmek için özellikle mikroskobik düzeydeki ve soyut konularda bilgisayar destekli eğitim (BDE)'den ve ders yazılımlarından yararlanmak gerektiği düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışmada ortaöğretim "lşık" (optik) ünitesinin Bilgisayar destekli eğitim tasarımı gerçekleştirilmiştir.Today, scientific and technological developments create new educational needings and introduce new opportunities to the educations.
