Bunlar; üretim kaynaklarının miktarının artması yanısıra verimlilik ve kalitede iyileşmenin sağlanmasıdır. İşsizlik ve genel işsizlikten daha fazla oranda görülen genç işsizlik ekonominin başta gelen sorunudur. Çalışmada işsizlik, istihdam temelinde genç işizlik nedenleri ve sonuçları incelenmeye çalışılacaktır.Economic growth refers to the accumulation of capital, technology, population, and therefore the labor force in a country. In line with this, policies are being developed to increase the amount of goods and services produced per capita. Here the important point is to ensure the continuation of the economic growth meaning sustainability. Long term economic growthnamely sustainability in any economy is based on two fundamental factors. These; to provide the increase in the amount of production factors as well as improve the productivity and quality. Major problem of any economy is unemployment and youth unemployment rate is higher than overall unemployment rate.
