The paper aims to present the effects of the covid crisis upon nations, but at the same time it presents the proposals launched by the World Economic Forum Report on economic recovery and the measures needed to be taken by governments accompanied by instruments on post-pandemic recovery. The next period will be extremely difficult and at the same time very important for the continuous struggle with the 3rd wave that the whole society is facing, so that any measure, the economic recovery initiative must not be neglected.Korona virüsün neden olduğu küresel salgın, sosyal yaşamımızda, özellikle is dünyasında ve uluslararası ekonomik yasamda değişikliklere neden olmuştur.
