Effect of globalization in the field of educa|ion reveals itself with the international student mobility. Student nurses also involve actively in this mobility. Mobility of international students in the world and in Turkey may cause not only problems about language and education, but also socio-cultural and economic difficulties. ln studies conducted on international students, it was determined that these students had language. academic success, social adaptation, alienation. discrimination, loneliness, and economic problems. ln the study conducted by Junious et al.
