We here aimed to report a fifty six yearold man with complaints of dysuria, pollakuria having a primary urinary bladder lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) type. Its differential diagnosis with severe chronic cystitis and other lymphoma types is important and may cause diagnostic problems.
