These changes resemble the outer surface of the cerebrum. In this study a case of primary CVG is presented, without association of neurologic or neuropsychiatric diseases, which was successfully treated by using one-stage scalp reduction procedure with the pinwheel flap technique. A 46-year-old woman had first noticed the formation of ridges over the vertex of the scalp 20 years earlier.
