IP tabanlı erişimin önem kazanması ve gelişen bilgi teknolojileri sayesinde maliyetler düşürülerek dijital iletişimin hegemonyasını artmıştır. VoIP (İnternet Protokolü Üzerinden Ses) tabanlı iletişim kablolu ve kablosuz ağlar üzerinden sağlanabilecek en ucuz ve hızlı iletişim olmuştur. Bu çalışmada perakende sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir şirkette var olan bir iletişim problemini çözmek için çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, kablolu ve kablosuz ağlar, ağ güvenliği, VoIP tabanlı uygulamalar ele alınarak örnek bir uygulama üzerinden sahadaki kullanıcıların güvenli iletişim problemi çözülmüştür.Technological advances and digital transformation continue at a great pace in the retail sector as in its sector. Conversion tests from wired network structures to secure wireless network structures are one of them. With the increasing importance of IP-based access and reducing the costs of information technologies, the hegemony of digital communication has increased. VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) based communication has been the cheapest and fastest communication that can be provided in wired and wireless networks. Efforts have been made to solve a communication problem that exists in a company operating in the retail sector in this market.
