The most common complication associated with gastrointestinal trichobezoar is intestinal obstruction and, less frequently, small bowel perforation. For this reason the diagnosis must be established as early as possible, in order to provide an effective treatment. The Rapunzel Syndrome is a rare form of gastric trichobezoar extending throughout the bowel, therefore we report it here.Bezoarlar yutulan maddelerin mide ve I veya ince har sakta birikmeleri ile oluşan yabancı cisimleri tanımlamada kullanılır. Gastrointestinal trikobezoarlarm en sık komplikasyonu intestinal obstrüksiyonlardır. Nadir olarak ince barsak perforasyonları da görülebilir. Bu nedenle hasta komplikasyonlar gelişmeden erken teşhis edilerek tedavi edilmelidir.
