İletişimin temeli olan söz zaman içinde evrilerek yoruma, felsefeye ve hitabete dönüşmüş ardından matbaa ile birlikte basılı hale gelmiş ve söz sanatı, dinlemenin ötesine geçerek okuma eylemine dönüşmüştür. Söz teknolojinin yardımıyla elektronik aşamalardan geçerek önce radyo sonra televizyon ve sonra da internet ile yoluna devam etmektedir. Bu çalışmada insanlığın ilk elektronik medya organı olan radyonun geçmişten günümüze olan ilerleyişi, dijital çağda nasıl bir aygıt haline geldiği, dijitalleşmenin kurumların erişim ve yayın şekillerine nasıl etki ettiği, medyanın yeni medyaya dönüşümü, gelinen yeni durumun sektörü nasıl etkilediği meslek profesyonelleriyle yapılan görüşmelerin ışığında araştırılacaktır. Sektörün ileri gelen kurum temsilcileriyle ve programcılarla yapılan derinlemesine görüşmelerin yardımıyla radyo yayıncılığının geldiği nokta ve gelecek perspektifi ortaya konulmaya çalışılacaktır.It is unthinkable not to digitalise the words, in a world where everything is digitized. The ability to speak, which is a power that distinguishes human beings from other living things, is the basis of the ability to speak, which is accepted as the first product of civilization. This ability is also the basis of communication. The word, which is the basis of communication, evolved over time and turned into interpretation, philosophy and oratory, then became printed with the printing press, and the art of rhetoric went beyond listening and turned into an act of reading. The culture of reading has created its own canon, apart from the words. Speech, on the other hand, passed through the electronic stages, as is known, with the help of technology. He continues on his way, first with radio, then with television and the internet. In this phD study the progress of radio – humanity’s first electronic media- from past to present what kind of device it became in the digital age, how digitalization affects the broadcasting industry will be investigated in the light of depth-interviews with sector professionals.
