Summarizing the skill categories, hard skills define the level of knowledge, while soft skills outline character traits and interpersonal relationship. Thus, patience, empathy and teamwork rank people as a desired candidate and lead them to a successful professional path. But how can these aspired soft skills be amplified? Indeed, education plays a decisive role. Education leads young people to professional accomplishment. However, education should be accustomed to the needs of the students. In this regard, the innovative way of teaching, through the outward mind-set, wants to transform the relationship with students, having a beneficial long-term impact on their motivation.
