Hasta fertilitesini korumak istediği için öncelikle düşük doz (50 mg/m2) metotreksat infeksiyonu tedavisi uygulanmıştır. Ancak takipte, 2 doz daha uygulanması gerekmiştir. Olgumuz literatüründe şimdiye kadar herhangi bir yan etki olmaksızın 3 düşük doz metotreksat ile başarıyla tedavi edilmiş ilk kormal gebelik olgusudur.We present a 37-year-old woman who was diagnosed with left cornual pregnancy. As the patient desired future fertility, she recieved a single dose (50 mg/m2) of methotrexate (MTX) intramuscularly. In follow-up, we had to administer two more doses of MTX.
