Çocuk bakış açısını orta koyan, çocuğun deneyimlerine dayanan nitel araştırmalar sınırlıdır. Bu makalede çocuk suçluluğu olgusu, suça karışmış ve mahkeme süreci devam eden 17 yaşında bir genç ile gencin devam ettiği okulda 12 hafta boyunca, haftada bir düzenli olarak gerçekleştirilen 50 dakikalık görüşmelerde elde edilen bulgular gencin bakış açısı ile ele alınmaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında ayrıca gencin babası ve okul öğretmenleri ile de görüşülerek destekleyici bir sosyal çevre yaratılmaya çalışılmıştır. Görüşmeci ve genç arasında güvene dayalı terapotik ilişkinin kurulması gencin değersizlik, umutsuzluk gibi olumsuz duygularına farkındalık kazanarak, duyguları ve davranışları arasındaki sebep-sonuç ilişkisini görmesine ve psikolojik olarak güçlenmesine katkı sağlamıştır. Sistemik bir anlayışla gencin güçlü yanlarına odaklanan bir yaklaşım genç üzerinde hızlı bir şekilde olumlu etki göstermiştir. Literatür ile uyumlu bir şekilde aile içi olumsuz ilişkiler gencin suça sürüklenmesinin başlıca nedenleri arasında yer almaktadır. Suça sürüklenmiş bir bireyin anlaşıldığını deneyimlediği ve kendini güvende hissettiği, destekleyici ilişkilere sahip olması geçmiş olumsuz yaşantılarını onararak ilerleyebilmesini ve şiddete yönelmesine yol açan olumsuz duygularını düzenleyebilmesini sağlamıştır.In Turkey, the case of juvenile delinquency is generally tackled within the scope of structural and sociodemographic factors with descriptive researches. Qualitative researches based on children’s perspectives and experiences are limited. In this study, the case of juvenile delinquency has been handled from the perspective of a juvenile involved in crime and litigation process of whom keeps on, and within the findings that have been obtained from the 50 minutes regular interviews once a week during 12 weeks at his school . Within the study, the parents and teachers of the juvenile have also been kept in touch and a promotive environment has been tried to create. A therapeutic relationship based on trust between the interviewer and the juvenile has contributed him to be aware of his negative emotions such as worthlessness and hopelessnes, to find out cause and effect relation between his emotions and thoughts and provided him to strengthen psychologically. With a systemic understanding, an approach that has focused on the juvenile’s strong sides has had a positive impact on him. In a way compatible with literature, negative relationships in family are thought to be among the main reasons that lead the juvenile to push crime.
