One of important factors in endovascular aneurysm repair is the technological and technical improvements in the devices used. Problems that are associated with the stent-grafts, such as the conversion of the patient to open repair and/or the endoleaks that can even result in rupture of the aneurysm, still remains as an issue that should be considered.
