Mevcut durum incelemesi yapılırken Pareto analizi, Balık kılçığı diyagramı, zaman etüdü çalışmaları, hata bazlı alt ve üst kontrol sınırları belirlenmesi teknikleri, çevirim hızı iyileştirmeleri için simülasyon tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. İşletmede bulunan paketleme bölümünden alınan veriler doğrultusunda Pareto analizi ile hata dağılımı belirlenmiş, hata oranını artıran en önemli etkenler tespit edilmiştir. Paketlenen ve sakata çıkan ürün sayısı ile kontrol alt ve üst satırları belirlenmiş, ürün sayıları doğrultusunda kontrol sınırları grafiği oluşturulmuştur. Yapılan anket ve gözlemler sonucu balık kılçığı diyagramı oluşturulmuştur. Böylece sorunun ana nedenleri balık kılçığı şeklinde ortaya konmuştur. En önemli sebepler dikkate alınarak gereken önlemler tespit edilmiştir. İşletmede üretilen ürünlerin ham zamanlarını hesaplayabilmek ve kapasite planı yapabilmek amacıyla zaman etüdü yapılmıştır. Ölçülen bu zamanın işletmenin standart zamanlarına katkıda bulunması amaçlanmıştır. İşletme insan gücü ağırlıklı olduğu için farklı performanslar sergilenmektedir. Bu sebeple çalışanların eğitilmesi ve maksimum seviyede çıktı alınması için performans artırma teknikleri uygulanmıştır. Tespit edilen çevirim hızlarının minimuma indirilebilmesi için simülasyon çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Böylece fabrika içerisinde bulunan dikimhane bölümüne hücresel üretim yöntemi önerilmiştir. Fabrikada bölümler arası malzeme alışverişlerinde yaşanan karışıklıkları azaltmak, malzeme takibini kolaylaştırmak amacıyla işletmeye RFID teknolojisi önerilmiştir. Tedarik zinciri yönetimi için süreçleri standartlaştırmak amacıyla işletmeye SCOR modeli önerilmiştir.In this study research, the recent condition of a textile company has been analyzed by using some quality measurement equipments and has been done some improvements for making better conditions than its previous conditions. The Pareto Analysis, The Fishbone Diagrams, The Study of an exact Time and the refinement of self-turning acceleration are used in the simulation to analyze the recent condition of the company. The data which has been gathered from the packaging department of the company, has been used in The Pareto Analysis to draw the error histogram and to find out the most important impacts which increases the ratio of the mistakes. The observations and the surveys which were made to create the diagram of the fishbone. The main reasons of the problem have been declared by using the fishbone diagram. The human-power is the leading part of all the company power, therefore different working performances might be seen during the workdays. Several professional techniques have been applied to all the staff who works in the company in order to get more efficiency and to provide educated staff. Simulation studies have been applied in order to decrease the detected self-turning speed. Moreover, the cellular production method was advised to the people of knitting department of the company. The RFID Technology was suggested to the company to let the managers follow-up the workflow of the transportation of the goods between each of the departments to avoid the mistakes that happens as the transportation happens between them.
