Nowadays Friuli is a land of immigration in particular from Eastern Europe, Africa and Middle-East. The nursing profession has to deal wiIh this important transcultural topic. lnfact, because ot the migrations, the globalism and the world's population growth, for the new generation of nurses results an undeniable consequence taking care of patients who come trom diIferent countries and cultures. ln this project we analyse the study plan of nursing in university of Udine for the identification of strength and weaknesses.İtalya'nın kuzeydoğusu olan Friuli Venezia-Giulia bölgesi kültürel olarak önemli bir konumdadır. Tarihi olarak FriuIi Venezia-Giulia bölgesi Avrupai, Latin, Slav ve Alman kültürleriyle buluşmuştur. Günümüzde Friuli Doğu Avrupa, Afrika ve Orta Doğu'dan gelen göçmenlerden oluşmaktadır. Hemşirelik profesyonelleri bu önemli kültürlerarası konuyla başetmek zorundadırlar. Aslında göç, globalleşme ve dünya nüfus artışı nedeniyle yeni nesil hemşireler için farklı kültürden ve ülkelerden gelen hastaların, hemşirelik için bakımı kaçınılmaz kılıyor.
