Deri sektöründe Ür-Ge: Devekuşu derisi işlentisi ve saraciyelik bir ürüne dönüşümü

Abstract

Devekuşu derileri egzotik deri grubunda yer alıp oldukça pahalı fiyatlarıyla satışa sunulan derilerdir. Bu çalışmada ergin devekuşu derileri özel bir reçete ile işlenerek saraciye işlemine uygun olarak mamul hale getirilmesi planlanmıştır. Saraciye olarak kullanımına uygunluğunu değerlendirmek için el işçiliği ile bayan çantası yapımında kullanılmıştır. Kesim ve dikim işlemleri elle yapılmıştır. Uygulanan reçetenin devekuşu derileri için saraciyelik deri üretimine uygun olduğu ve bu şekilde işlenen deve kuşu derilerinden katma değeri çok yüksek ürünlerin geliştirilebileceği anlaşılmıştır.

Ostrich leathers are in the exotic leather group and they are offered for sale at very expensive prices. In this study, the adult ostrich skins were processed with a special recipe and planned to be used for leathergoods. In order to evaluate the suitability of it used for leathergoods, it was used in handcrafted women's handbags. Cutting and sewing were done by hand. It is understood that the prescribed recipe is suitable for the production of leathergoods for ostrich skins, and the high value added products of the ostrich skins processed in this way can be developed.
