Recently, the Government of Georgia is implementing a significant investment in the younger generation (through education financing, stimulating start of entrepreneurship, internship programs, grants, scholarships, etc.) The economic policy profile in the country reflects the approaches and the priorities used by the support of young academic resources, social security, career growth, and their role in professional activities. Unfortunately, in the political and managerial sphere, marginalization and disadvantage of young people are causing them to block their reformist and innovative potential. In the economy of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) economies, the potential benefit of younger generation is more than 1 trillion dollars. Inducing economic effects, productivity, creative skills, energy and ideas of young academic resources, technological and digital readiness are the basis for formation of a modern and strong state system.
