    A new form to newton-pad´e approximants

    M.B. Balk proved an assertion about uniform convergence of Pad´e approximants. Newton- Pad´e (or multipoint Pad´e) approximants solve more general interpolation problems than Pad´e approximants. Usually Newton- Pad´e approximants have only nominators in Newton form. We propose to use Newton form for the denominators also. Using that special form of Newton- Pad´e approximants Balk’s method was extended to the case of more general rational interpolation functions.
