Being able to make innovation is generally being possible through canalizing of the employees –who are engaged to their job, who are identified with their organization and who have high sense of justice- to the right direction by their managers. In this context, the purpose of the study is to examine the role of organizational justice in the relation of leader–member exchange, innovative work behavior, work engagement and organizational identification. The sample of the research consists of 525 white collar employees working at companies operating in industry and service sectors at the province of Istanbul. The data relevant to the variables of the research had been collected via a questionnaire configured from scales commonly used in literature. The relations among the research’s model and hypothesized variables had been tested by using the Structural Equation Model. As the result of the study, it had been determined that there is a positive relation in between leader-member exchange quality and innovative work behavior, work engagement and organizational identification, and that organizational justice is mediating these relations. Moreover, findings regarding that organizational justice has statistically significant effects on the organizational outputs in subject (IWB, WE, OI) had been obtained. This study is one of the rare researches examining the relations in between leader–member exchange and organizational justice in such an extensive context (employee’s innovative behavior, engagement and identification).
