On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are very pleased to welcome you to the 3nd International Confer- ence of Mathematical Sciences (ICMS 2019) to be held between 4-8 September 2019 at Maltepe University in Istanbul. We hope that, ICMS 2019 will be one of the most beneficial scientific events, bringing together mathematicians from all over the world, and demonstrating the vital role that mathematics play in any field of science.

An interpretation of G-continuity in neutrosophic soft topological spaces
(Maltepe Üniversitesi, 2021) Açıkgöz, Ahu; Esenbel, Ferhat
. Scientists have always adopted the concept of sequential continuity as an indispensable subject, not only in Topology but also in some other branches of Mathematics. Connor and Grosse-Erdmann gave this concept for real functions by using an arbitrary linear functional G defined on a linear subspace of the vector space of all real sequences instead of lim. Afterwards, this concept were adapted to a topological group X by replacing a linear functional G with an arbitrary additive function defined on a subgroup of the group of all X-valued sequences. Furthermore, alternative theorems in generalized setting were given and varied theorems that had not been achieved for real functions were presented. In this investigation, we offer neutrosophic soft G-continuity and analyze its nature in neutrosophic soft topological spaces.

A look on separation axioms in neutrosophic topological spaces
(Maltepe Üniversitesi, 2020) Açıkgöz, Ahu; Esenbel, Ferhat
    t. This study is dedicated to make an attempt to define different types of separation axioms in neutrosophic topological spaces. The relationships among them are shown with a diagram and counterexamples. We also introduce some new notions, such as neutrosophic quasi-coincidence, neutrosophic q-neighborhood, neurosophic cluster point, and give a new definition for neutrosophic function.

Neutrosophic compactness via summability and sequential definitions of connectedness in neutrosophic spaces
(Univ Nis, Fac Sci Math, 2023) Açıkgöz, Ahu; Cakalli, Hüseyin; Esenbel, Ferhat
In this study, using the concept of the neutrosophic method introduced earlier, as done in different types of topological spaces, a new type of sequential compactness is introduced and investigated. After giving various definitions which constitute the cornerstones of our research, in the third section, a new perspective to the concept of connectedness is brought, which is among the most important characters of the topology world, based on the concept of the neutrosophic method. By giving examples of each new definition given in the second and third sections, a better understanding of the new concepts given is provided.

Neutrosophic soft ?-topology and neutrosophic soft compactness
(Maltepe Üniversitesi, 2019) Açıkgöz, Ahu; Esenbel, Ferhat
We introduce the concepts of neutrosophic soft ?-interior, neutrosophic soft quasicoincidence, neutrosophic soft q-neighborhood, neutrosophic regular open soft set, neurosophic soft ?-cluster point, neutrosophic soft ?-closure, neurosophic soft ?-cluster point, neutrosophic soft ?-closure, neutrosophic soft ?-neighborhood, neutrosophic semi open soft set and show that the set of all neutrosophic soft ?-open sets is also a neutrosophic soft topology, which is called the neutrosophic soft ?-topology. We obtain equivalent forms of neutrosophic soft ? -continuity. Moreover, the notions of neutrosophic soft ?-compactness and neutrosophic soft locally ?-compactness are defined and their basic properties under neutrosophic soft -continuous mappings are investigated.

    Neutrosophic soft pre-separation axioms
(Maltepe Üniversitesi, 2019) Açıkgöz, Ahu; Esenbel, Ferhat
In this study, we introduce the concept of neutrosophic soft pre-open (neutrosophic soft pre-closed) sets and pre-separation axioms in neutrosophic soft topological spaces. In particular, the relationship between these separation axioms are investigated. Also, we give a new definition for neutrosophic soft topological subspace and define neutrosophic soft pre-irresolute soft and neutrosophic pre-irresolute open soft functions.

Neutrosophic soft semiregularization topologies and neutrosophic soft submaximal spaces
(Maltepe Üniversitesi, 2019) Açıkgöz, Ahu; Esenbel, Ferhat
In this study, we aim to investigate the neutrosophic soft semiregularization spaces associated with neutrosophic soft topological spaces. We introduce the concept of neutrosophic soft submaximal spaces and prove that corresponding to each neutrosophic soft topological space, there always exists a neutrosophic soft submaximal space which is an expansion of the given space. It is shown that neutrosophic soft submaximal and neutrosophic soft semiregular spaces are closely associated with those spaces which are minimal or maximal in accordance with certain types of properties which is called neutrosophic soft semiregular properties in this document. This has been an inspiration for us to deal with different characteristics for examination whether these are neutrosophic soft semiregular ones. After all, we adapt some certain mappings defined in some other types of topological spaces to neutrosphic soft topological spaces and their behaviours are investigated when either or both the domain and codomain spaces are replaced by their semiregularization spaces.

(Sociedade Brasileira de Matemática, 2022) Çakallı, Hüseyin; Açıkgöz, Ahu; Esenbel, Ferhat
In this paper, we adapt strong ??pre-continuity into fuzzy soft topology and investigate its properties. Also, the relations with the other types of continuities in fuzzy soft topological spaces are analized. Moreover, we give some new definitions.

A quest of G-continuity in neutrosophic spaces
(Wiley, 2021) Açıkgöz, Ahu; Cakalli, H.; Esenbel, Ferhat; Kocinac, Ljubisa D. R.
Continuity, in particular sequential continuity, is an important subject of investigation not only in topology but also in some other branches of mathematics. Connor and Grosse-Erdmann remodelled its definition for real functions by replacing lim with an arbitrary linear functional G defined on a linear subspace of the vector space of all real sequences. Then, this definition was extended to a topological group X by replacing a linear functional G with an arbitrary additive function defined on a subgroup of the group of all X-valued sequences. Also, some new theorems in generalized setting were given, and some other theorems that had not been obtained for real functions were presented. In this study, we introduce neutrosophic G-continuity and investigate its properties in neutrosophic topological spaces.

A study on connectedness in neutrosophic topological spaces
(Maltepe Üniversitesi, 2021) Açıkgöz, Ahu; Esenbel, Ferhat
In this study, we introduce the concept of neutrosophic connectedness and give some of its characterizations. Additionally, we present neutrosophic product space and show that this type of connectedness is not preserved under neutrosophic product spaces. We also introduce the notions of neutrosophic super-connected spaces, neutrosophic strongly connected spaces and study their properties.
