    "Go-Jek" the innovation of digital bussines model to face demographic dividend in Indonesia

    lndonesia experienced the phenomenon of demographic dividend which the productive age (15-64 years) of lndonesian citizens is greater than the elderly or aged under 15 years. The population census in 2000 shows that, the population aged 15-64 years is growing up to 133-135 million by the end of 2000 (Jati:2015). Therefore, lndonesia is expected to reach demographic dividend in 2017-2019 and 2020-2030 for the first wave to the second wave (Jati:2015). lndirectly, it affects to unemployment rate in lndonesia. Recorded. Badan Pusat Statistik lndonesia that the unemployment rate in the productive age in 2012 amounted to 7.03 million.

    Sovipro: mobile-app based on 3-tier strategy for east java agroindustry as a driver of Indonesia’s economy

    Agriculture sector has an important role in Indonesia’s economic growth, especially in overcoming food security in Indonesia. Besides seeing the potential of the agriculture sector itself, integration with the industrial sector needs to be carried out to strengthen the carrying capacity of the agriculture sector in encouraging economic acceleration in Indonesia. However, the main problem that obstruct the growth of the agroindustry sector is the lack of human resources quality. This problem can be seen from; (1) price fluctuation, and (2) incorrect distribution process. To solve problems above, SOVIPRO app is appear. The fundamental principle of SOVIPRO is the Quadruple Helix which integrates ABCG (Academician, Business, Community, and Government). The main activities in SOVIPRO are called 3-Tier Strategy namely; (1) Exchange, to achieve a balance price in the market, (2) Redistribution, which is the process of achieving agreement among 4 stakeholders related to price and distribution process, and (3) Reciprocity, which is a positive reciprocal relationship among 4 stakeholders. SOVIPRO will be implemented in a specific region for 1 year pilot project through ASTERA strategy (Action, Socialization, Trial, Evaluation, Replication, Advocation). In this study using qualitative methods, where the main data is collected by researchers. Primary data is obtained from field observations, and secondary data is obtained from data review. The data is obtained by analyzing between primary and secondary data so that mobile app called SOVIPRO can be created. SOVIPRO is one of the strategies to strengthen the currying capacity of the agriculture sector in promoting the acceleration of Indonesia economy through the balance prices of the product and the correct distribution process.
