    My scientific research is connected with psychological issues of communication flexibility of young people on managerial positions. I explore the structure of this phenomenon and study inerrelationship between communication and life satisfaction. As a result of changes in socio-economic sphere in recent decades we require to study priorities of plurality of people and to analyse reasons, which underlie happy, successful life and life satisfaction in whole.
