Educational Sciences and Neurosciences aren’t escape of the inclusion to these technological advances in its programs, since contribute to rise up the quality of the educational process fortifying substantially the teaching – learning process and achieve a better attention to the individual differences, by constituting a practical contribution for the development to the individual of today. For which it’s proposed as objective elaborate an educational software to stimulate the cognitive processes in escolars with borderline functioning. The ABC Collection has as fundamental characteristic to serves as complement to the Cuban Educational Program, by propitiating the development of intellectual skills in scholars to the Special Education. It has a curricular and multidisciplinary focusing by applying methods of Neurosciences in each exercise and activity. Contemplate an interface to standardize that provides an environment of friendly work with a high level interactivity. The educational software ‘The Farm’ of the ABC Collection for the attention of peoples with intellectual incapacity with emphasis in the borderline functioning category, can be expressed for the suitability in its application and the measure of satisfaction to the specific needs by the people to who is directed (stimulation of high psychic processes and functions) and the compliment to the expectations by each student, teachers, family and in end, to the society. This investigation constitutes an evidence of needs to incorporate to the Special Education the resources of the science and technology to raise the motivation, participation and the independence in the solution of the tasks of learning and apprenticeship in tune with technological age in the current Cuban Society.
