    The main problem of posyandu (integrated health post) is the lack of community participation and its limited resources. An alternative solution is to identify specific behaviors with positive deviance (PD) approach. Positive Deviance (PD) is an approach towards behaviour and social changes, based on observations that the problem-solving skills faced by the community are in fact already integrated within themselves.
