ln this abstract I will examine the opportunities and obstacles that are facing the new startup businesses in my country, Republic of Macedonia. As a small country, and mostly undeveloped in many spheres, from my research l discovered that people here are very interested in developing their own ideas in their own business. The entrepreneuriaI spirit in my society has been spread out more and more every day, especially the young generations. This paper will be my research of how the new startups become popular in my country, what opportunities they provide for us, but on the contrary what obstacles are they facing with. The startups have been very active in the past few years; they were invented to help the young ventures. However. today the startups are companies who are working to solve a problem. where there is a very little chance of solution and the success is not guaranteed.
