Yayın Attitude of post graduate students studying management as a major subject and documentation of their future plans regarding entrepreneurship(Maltepe Üniversitesi, 2016) Ishaq, HumaAttitudes towards entrepreneurship influence the tendency of individual's intentions to establish new enterprises. Entrepreneurial attitudes predict individual's entrepreneurial behaviors, personal characteristics and motivation to start new business ventures in future. Entrepreneurial attitude based on personal traits, self-efficacy, desirability, feasibility, tendency to work and initiative among students. This study was conducted to investigate !he connection between the attitude of post graduate students of management and their future plans for being entrepreneurs. Random sample of students derived out of enrolled students in department of management was comprised of one hundred students. An instrument was developed to measure the attitude of students and focus group discussion was organized to discuss their future plans prospects and possibilities. The data was analyzed adequately by keeping in view the nature of responses both statistical analysis and qualitative consolidation was implied. lnterpretation of data revealed a fact that there is a strong relationship between aptitude of students and their entrepreneurial plans i.e the students who were more inclined to the idea of entrepreneurship had implacable plans. The gender wise analysis of the data depicted male tendency of entrepreneurial ventures was higher than female students. Only 35 percendt students' attitude was above normal curve while the other was low on the scale. Specifically the students who had business family background described ambitious plans. The reasons of low attitude depicted in the data were lack of self efficacy, lack of capital and lack of support culture in Pakistani scenario. lt was suggested that sufficient support and encouraging environment may enhance the young generations' aspirations regarding entrepreneurship.
