    This research paper includes the study of political, social and cultural rights of people in Asian countries especially of deweloping and under-developed countries. The rights of people in developing countries are found tobe infringed as the observance of law and policies are not strict and the systemic corruption is abundant. This leads to the violation of various political and social rights of people.
