lnnovational activity is increasing its influence on the rate of economic growth. Today the products of intellectual effort have higher value compared to other sides of economic activity. There are several factors of innovational activity which can slow down or speed up the economic growth rate. Surprisingly, there is no unique systematized understanding of these factors up to this date. ln the given paper the absence of the single structured understanding of these factors, which affect the innovational activity of organizations and country as a whole. is studied. After reviewing the existing methods for analysis of factors, which affect the development of innovation processes in the industry and after analyzing internal and external factors, which positively or negatively alfect the acceptance of innovations the authors proposed the system for classification of factors, which influence innovational activity. based on 7 features. The proposed system is versatile and can be applied for any region. regardless of their specialization, size or geographic location.
