Knowledge management in the era of cloud computing

Nowadays, organizalions have more and more competition, this is primarily due to the evolution of technology, especially lnformation and communication Technology (lCT). There is an eflort to create new business models such as the Knowledge Management (KM), which knows rapid growth ın recent years. More and more organizations have developed knowledge warehouses related to customer service, human resource management and product development. Furthermore, due to this phenomenon created new jobs related to the Knowledge Management. All this shows us the need forexistence of Knowledge Management into a modern enterprise and the need for trained staff who will supervise the procedure above. On the other hand, businesses are beginning to increasingly incorporate innovations, such as cloud computing. The cloud computing technologies have particularly developed the last decade. This paper aims to analyze the utility of KM and its use in cloud environment. Finally, it will analyze what exactly is cloud computing, service models and development models which offers and whether facilitate business sustainability.
