    Museums' communication strategies and actions in a multicultural environment

    With a growing trend to extrovert communication efforts in museums and cultural heritage sites, the neçessity to each a multicultural audience becomes prevalent, particularly in the European Union. The current study examines how museums and cultural heritage sites (could) build their communication strategies in order to reach a multicultural audience, by analyzing paradigms in a still blooming field of research and practice.
