Artificial intelligence that are beneficial for law

Significant technological discoveries always have a major impact in our society, and the law system has to adapt to those changes after they’ve had a certain impact. The objective of this study is to anticipate the changes that AI will generate and how we use AI in a beneficial way for law. Observing how technology has changed almost every aspect of our lives I can say that AI will bring a major leap in quality and efficiency. The law system is going to be influenced by AI in two ways, first the impact of AI as a great intellectual tool that will transform law from the inside, for example creating perfect laws with no need of constitutional review or AI that will instantly detect money laundering, terrorist financing other technological crimes, and secondly the legal reflection of changes that AI will bring in other areas, for example with AI overtaking human jobs labor law will definitely going to transform. Globalization is going to be at a new phase with the constant source of change that AI will bring to the law systems of all countries, this way is going to be easier for us to reach type 1.0 civilization with a global law system. In conclusion, AI is going to give law a whole new dimension of quality and efficiency but we need to establish uniform regulations for AI, in a way that won’t affect the benefits that it will bring in the law system.
